The HTML parser respects <!-- HTML comments -->, and none of the commented-out tables below should be recognized or executed.


The following cases are handled;

• Tables entirely within comments
• "Tarnished" tables, where the element is broken by comment prefix:
• Comments within tables, e.g. commented-out cells or rows
• Unclosed comments
